Technical Troubleshooting


Attend Anywhere can only be accessed via Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
Google Chrome is more commonly used on Android phones, Windows Laptops, Windows Tablets. If you do not have Chrome, please download it from either your smartphone app store, or for your laptop here. You can also use Microsoft Edge if using a Windows Machine (should be pre-installed on newer devices).
Safari is more common for Apple devices like iPads, iPhones, MacBooks.

The following browser versions are supported:

  • Google Chrome version 74 (or later)
  • Apple Safari 11.4 (or later)

The following Operating Systems are supported:

  • Microsoft Windows 7 (or later)
  • Apple MacOS version 10.11 (or later)
  • Google Android 5.1 (or later)
  • Apple iOS 11.4 (or later)
  • Apple iPadOS 13 (or later)


Don't forget to run a test call before joining your virtual clinic appointment to make sure your setup is working. To do this, Click on the link text/emailed to you. On the next page there will be two buttons, select "Test Call".
